RECIPROCAL TRADE TREATIES. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Washington, June 1. The Speaker, Mr. Rainey, said to-day that the proposed Tariff Bill as last drafted would give President Roosevelt power to negotiate and put into operation without prior Senate approval the reciprocal treaties with Canada and other nations.
