MANCHUKUO CUTS RAILWAY
DISPUTE OVER ROLLING STOCK. SOVIET REFUSES ITS RETURN. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Shanghai, June 1. Owing to the failure of the Soviet to rpturn certain locomotives and wagons belonging to the Chinese Eastern Railway, the Manchukuo Ministry of Communications cut the switches yesterday, and the line is blocked at Suifenho, where it crosses Manchuria from Manchuli to re-enter Soviet territory, thus closing the short route to Vladivostock. Banditry continues along the railway.
