NATIONAL DAIRY SHOW
Attention is drawn to the closing date of all general entries for the National Dairy Show to be held at Palmerston North, commencing on June 14. As usual, the schedule covers a wide range, including farm and dairy produce, poultry, rabbits, cats, photography, apples, honey, needlework, cookery, knitting, models, etc. Ring competitions cover football matches, sheep dog trials and hunters’ events. Stadium events in the evening embrace tug-of-war, boxing and wrestling. With the exception of the stadium events all entries close to-day, Saturday, May 27, at 5 pan. Schedules free on application to Mr. W. T. Penny, secretary, P.O. Box 85, Palmerston North.
