NEW GENERAL MANAGER
RAILWAYS APPOINTMENT. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, May 1. Mr. G. H. Mackley, assistant manager, has been appointed general manager of the New Zealand railways in succession to the late Mr. P. G. Roussell.
