ARREST OF LEADERS ORDERED.

The Government has issued warrants for the arrest of General Plastiras, also M. Demesticas, ex-Minister of Marine, General Teccarcs, ex-Commander of the Arsenal, and General Kanakakis, exCommander of the Garrison, for obeying General Plastiras. M. Tsaldaris, the Premier, is discussing the impeachment of M. Veniselos, former Premier,’ and the abolition of the Senate, in which he h« a majority.
