DEATH IN TRAM ACCIDENT
COMPANY TO PAY £350. By Telegraph.—Press Association. 'Wellington, Last Night. The Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, gave judgment in the Supreme .Court to-day for £350 pecuniary loss in the action of Mrs. Wilson, widow of the late Charles Wilson, former Parliamentary librarian, against the Kelbum Tram Company. Wilson’s death arose from an accident he met with on the Kelburn tramway.
