VICTORIANS DISQUALIFIED

The V.R.C. stipendiary stewards an--nounced to-day that they had disqualified W. Foulsham, trainer, Victor New-' house, bookmaker, and James Trusket, trainer, for 12 months for alleged improper conduct in connection with the scratching of Golden Lullaby in the Moonee Valley Welter on February 7. The parties are understood to be appealing. Foulsham and Truskett are well-known Caulfield trainers. Truskett gave a big price for the New Zealand Glare. Foulsham held Golden Lullaby on lease. The case has created a great sensation.
