MAN’S HAND FOUND ON BEACH
CHRISTCHURCH POLICE SEARCH. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. A man’s left hand, which had been in the sea apparently for a few months, was found by a civilian assisting in a police search at New Brighton beach to-day. The hand was seen by children on February 5 but the discovery was not reported to the police for some days. The hand was located again only after an extensive search.
