LITTLE ENTENTE REPLACED
BALKAN COUNTRIES’ PACT. 48,000,000 PEOPLE FEDERATED. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 10 pan. Geneva, Feb. 15. A new community federation will result from the signing to-morrow of a pact between Roumania, Jugo-Slavia and Czecho-Slovakia consecrating an alliance replacing the Little Entente. The new federation, representing 48,000,000 people, will treat unitedly with outside countries.
