SOME RAIN PROBABLE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The weather will be fair to fine in eastern districts and elsewhere cloudy to overcast, with rain at times. Some heavy falls are probable on the west coast of the South Island. Temperatures will be warm east of the ranges and elsewhere moderate. 1 The westerly depression has moved eastward off the Dominion. Barometers have risen, especially in the south. Winds will be moderate to strong generally, south-westerlies prevailing at first on parts of the west coast, but otherwise north-westerlies will prevail, freshening later.
