THE PORT OF NEW PLYMOUTH as it appeared last Saturday morning, when a new tonnage record for the port of 35,160 tons was established. The vessels in port from left to right are:—At the Moturoa wharf: Gabriella (1593 tons), partly obscured, and Otira (7995 tons). At the Newton King wharf: Kent (9857 tons), John (426 tons), the Hauraki (7113 tons) and Vardaas (8176 tons).
