OVERTAKING AT INTERSECTION. Little business came before Mr. W. H. Woodward, S.M., in . the New. Plymouth Court yesterday. Fred Norcross, who did not appear, was fined 10s (costs 10s) for overtaking and passing another vehicle at the intersection of Devon and Brougham Streets at New , Plymouth on January 15. A charge against William James Newman of being unlawfully on the New Plymouth racecourse on December 27 was adjourned sine die. Detective Kearney said there was a likelihood of another charge against defendant, who was at present in prison.
