GENERAL HERTZOG’S INDICATION. UNCERTAIN ELECTION PROSPECTS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.-Copyright. Cape Town, Feb. 10. It is understood that the Prime Minister, General J. C. M. Hertzog, has indicated to the Nationalist caucus that, owing to the difficulties of maintaining the Government and the uncertain prospects if an election is forced by the supporters of Mr. Tielinan Roos he is willing to agree to the suggested formation of a Coalition Government.
