Rec. 11.15 p.m. Geneva, Jan. 30. “If any nation warring against Britain uses gas we will unhesitatingly retaliate,” declared Mr. R. A. Eden, Britain’s delegate at a meeting of the Disarmament Bureau, when discussing the report of the Chemical, Bacteriological and Incendiary Warfare Committee.
