MEETING URGES COMPLETION:

BOARD TO CONSIDER MATTER.

A large and representative meeting of all local bodies, dairy companies, the Chamber of Commerce and the Harbour Board to-day met Mr. H. H. Sterling (chairman) and members of the Railway Board and departmental officers in a further endeavour to have completed the unfinished section of . the railway system between Tangowahine and Dargaville. Mr. Sterling, in reply, stated that the matter would receive the board’s consideration. ' /
