The vogue of the blonde is passing. Women are taking to red hair, says an English newspaper. The blondes hgve held , sway for ten years. In every walk of life they have been prominent—ash blondes, silver blondep, platinum blondes, and natural blondes. But now the redhead has come. Suddenly, for no apparent reason, women have decided that red is ■ the fashionable colour for hair. In one beauty establishment in the West End 50 women were given striking red hair in one week, the record for one day being 21.
