RAIL TRAFFIC DISORGANISED. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Perth, Dec. 20. Following very heavy rains in parts of East Kimberley, the Gascoyne and Murchison districts are flooded. Numerous washaways have occurred. A train was derailed near Meekatharra where the water ran four feet over the line. The engine sank into the mud until the water entered the fire boxes. Traffic is disorganised. A man was drowned in attempting to cross a flooded creek.
