She will proceed later to Wellington The Kiwitea arrived at New Plymouth from Wellington yesterday morning .to discharge 86 tons of cargo, including transhipments from the Monowai, Waihemo, Kanna, Canadian Leader and lonic. She sailed for Westport later in the afternoon. (U.S.S. Co.) The Totara left Westport yesterday morning for New Plymouth with 325 tons of coal. She is due at New •Plymouth this morning and after discharge the vessel will return to Westport to load a further 220 tons for New Plymouth where she is due about Sunday, following which she will proceed to Wellington. (U.S.S. Co.) The John is due at New Plymouth from Dunedin, via ports about January 2. She will sail for Port Waikato, Wellington and Dunedin. (Hooker Bros.). The Hauturu is due at New Plymouth at 8 a.m. to-day with 200 tons of cargo to put out and should sail for Wanganui to-night. Her weekly sailing on. December 27 has been.cancelled. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s steamer Ruahine arrived at New Plymouth from Nelson yesterday afternoon, to continue loading for Great Britain. She was berthed, at the Newton King wharf at 1 pan., drawing 22ft. 6in. She will lift 10,000 boxes of butter, 15,100 crates of cheese and 16,200 freight carcases of meat for London. The Ruahine is expected to sail for Auckland on Friday to continue. Captain G. Kinnell is iri command of the Ruahine, and his officers are: Chief, Mr. J. Styrin; second, Mr. A. Hocken; third, Mr. R.
