HUIROA NOTES.
Haymaking is in full swing at present, and the farmers are busy drilling in swedes. Some really good hay crops are in evidence.
Mrs. Sterling. .Wellington, is spending holidays with her daughter, Mrs. J. H. Stove. Mr. and Mrs. T. W. White, New Plymouth, are staying with Mr. and Mrs. Blake Mackay.Miss D. Hollaway, who has been spending a few weeks with Mr. and Mrs. Iremonger, has returned to Wellington. Miss D. McKay, Wanganui, is the guest of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Read. Mrs. Les Stanford, who- has been on holiday at Mount Messenger, has returned.
Miss Mabel Blair is on holiday at New Plymouth. Miss Greta Ford is at present residing at Inaha. - -‘'.■■■'”
