The Jo?in, with cargo from Dunedin, Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Picton and Wanganui, arrived at New Plymouth yesterday and sailed in the afternoon for Port Waikato,.before returning to Wellington. (Hooker Bros.) The Opihi, is to.load at Westport, Lyttelton, Timaru and Dunedin, for. New Plymouth, where she is due about December 19. (U.S.S. Co.). The Hauturu is due at New Plymouth from Onehunga to-day and will proceed later to Wanganui. From Wanganui the Hauturu will return to Onehunga. (Northern Co.) , The Kartigi’s coal loading has been cancelled but the sailing will possibly be made later. (U.S.S. Co.). The Kiwitea, with an Eastern cargo, including dates, transhipped from the Ormara at Sydney and brought to Wellington by inter-colonial steamer, is due at New Plymouth from Wellington about Sunday. (U.S.S. Co.). MOVEMENTS OF OVERSEAS’ SHIPS. ARRIVAL OF PORT HUNTER. The Port Hunter .arrived at New Plymouth from Wellington yesterday morning to discharge 1975 tons of Texas sulphur and to load 3800 boxes of butter and 5700. crates of cheese. The Port Hunter will proceed to Wanganui, Napier, Auckland, Gisborne and Wellington, leaving New Plymouth about next Tuesday and sailing from Wellington on January 14. Captain R. S. Durham is in command, and his officers are: Chief, Mr. G. T. Harris; second, Mr. C. R. Townshend; third, Mr. P. A. Munday; fourth. Mr. A. S. McClaunan; wireless officer, Mr. C. F. Correll; chief engineer, Mr. J. G. Hooker; second, Mr. T. A. Redwood; third, Mr. T. B. Young; fourth, Mr. J. L. Barnard; fifth, Mr. R. A. Brown; sixth, Mr. T. Wilkinson; chief refrigerating engineer, Mr. H. E. Dempsey; second, Mr. J. R. Rea; chief steward, Mr. B. V. Bradley. OTAIO FOR WELLINGTON TO-DAY. The Otaio will complete her New Plymouth loading to-day and is expected to sail for Wellington in the evening after a week’s stay at New Plymouth. THE PORT FREMANTLE. / The Commonwealth and Dominion Line motor-ship Port Fremantle, which has been loading dairy produce and meat in New Zealand, was to sail for London, via Dakar, at five o’clock last night. The vessel loaded at New Plymouth.
