Following a meeting between Dr. Yen (China) and Litvinoff (Russia) it is announced that the Soviet and China have resumed the relations severed in 1323 over the Chinese Eastern Railway. Litvinoff stated that the present ISjfP Eastern troubles largely originated from the fact that none of -the Pacific States had been maintaining dipolmatic relations
