WHO IS PAYING FOR IT? (To the Editor.) Sir,—Since the Rahotu experiment showed that milk worth 8d was being paid’ tor at lOd, everyone is asking the question: “Who pays?” To the Chinese or de Valera this game might be satisfactory, but in New Zealand it is going to stop suddenly, and the jolt will be a bad one.
