1 Large, cup Bisley’s Wholemeal. 2 or 3 Eggs. 6 ozs. Honey, ilb. Butter. 2 Tablespoons Cocoa. 1 Teaspoon Cream of Tartar. Teaspoon Soda. Melt honey and butter, add eggs wellbeaten, then other ingredients. Add 1 cup milk if required. In this and many other recipes wholemeal makes all the difference.
