BRITISH CONVERSION LOAN

PAYMENT TO THE DISSENTERS. RIG SAVING IN INTEREST. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Nov. 28. The Government on December 1 will distribute £165,000,000 to holders of 5 per cent, war loan who have not converted, and £50,000,000 interest. It will also repay £140,000,000 Treasury Bonds. The Treasury will receive the second instalment of the new 3J per cent, conversion loan amounting to £150,000,000, also the new 2 per cent Treasury Bonds amounting to £140,000,000. The difference, of £70,000,000 will be found in the normal bill operations. The Government saves £28,000,000 on the next half-year-ly payments of 3J per cent, conversion loan.
