RAIN TO DEVELOP LATER. Sy Telegraph.-Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The weather will be fair to fine and warm generally, but there will still be some scattered showers in the far south. Clouding over Will follow soon in western districts, with rain gradually developing. An anti-cyclone still covers the Dominion, its centre having crossed the northern districts to-day. A depression situated over south-eastern Australia . has intensified somewhat. Northerly winds are probable, moderate generally at first but gradually increasing in force. Seas will be rather rough about Cook and Foveaux Straits and elsewhere smooth to moderate. SHIPPING MOVEMENTS. Auckland, November 22:—Arrived: Port Whangarei (8.20 a.m.), from Tauranga; Mariposa (9.15 a.m.), from Sydney.
