FAMILY PROTECTION SUMMONS. PETITIONS IN DIVORCE. Several small matters, including divorce, were dealt with by Mr. Justice Reed in the Supreme Court at New Plymouth yesterday. As an outcome of an originating summons under the Family Protection Act an order was made for the payment of £26 a year for three years to Eric Stanley Death (Mr. A. Chrystal) out of the estate of George Death, deceased, with liberty to apply; payable monthly in advance. Costs £lO 10s and disbursements were allowed the applicant, and £3 3s to Gladys P. and Gilbert H. Death, Other children of the testator represented at the hearing by Mr. J. H. Sheat. The executors, Euphemia Death and William Edward Ward, were represented by Mr. R. J. O’Dea. A decree nisi in divorce was. made absolute on the application of Fred. Chittenden (Mr. R. J. O’Dea) against Elizabeth Chittenden, the respondent to have the custody of the child. A decree nisi, to be moved absolute after three months, was granted to Winifred Alethea Wiggins against Henry Wiggins on Saturday. Mrs. Wiggins was married on.
