COUNTY OF EGMONT. NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER. DECLARING CERTAIN ROADS TO BE main ROADS. IS HEREBY GIVEN that a properly convened Special Meeting of the Council of the County ,of Egmont held at the County Chamber?, Opunake, on TUESDAY, the 11th day* of October, 1932, at 11. o’clock a.m., the following resolution was passed, and, will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Monthly Meeting of the Council, to be held at the County Chamber?, Opunake, on TUESDAY, the 13th day of December, 193?, at 11 o’clock a.m. RESOLUTION. Tn exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 131 (1) (c) of “The Counties Act, 1920,” the Egmont County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follow?: — (1) “That, the Okahu Road, from the Pimiho Road to the Kahui Road, and the Warea-Newall Road from the Main South Road along the Wares Road to its junction, with tjje Newall Road, thence along the fatter road to the Okah u Road, be declared Jfafa Road?-” .
