NEW TYPE OF AEROPLANE.— The pilot’s cockpit of the new " Gee Bee” sportster is in the tail of the machine. Fitted with a supercharged Wasp engine, this latest type of aeroplane is said to be capable of a speed of more than 300 m.p.h.
