The deputy Australian PostmasterGeneral, Mr. Kitto, has intimated that the contents of postal, articles, such as parcels or packages, should be disclosed and indicated on the cover before postings Twice recently postal articles, had been prohibited from entering Russia, and had been returned to the- senders in Sydney, who had to pay the cost of return postage.
