Rec. 54 p.m. London, Sept. 3. Giving the name of Placidus William Wiseman, an elderly Irishman who says he was once rich and lived in New Zealand, was discovered penniless in a village near Logos, Portugal, says a message from Lisbon. He had started an English school in the village. Wiseman Speaks English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
