PASSENGERS FROM BRAZIL
PRECAUTION OF THE BLOCKADE. (British Official Wireless). RCc. 5.5 p.m. Rugby, Aug. 19. The Brazilian Federal Government states that foreign vessels will now be permitted by the blockading fleet to call at Afoella Island, near Santos, to embark British foreign passengers. After leaving tho vessels must proceed direct to Rio for police examination.
