CHINESE CABINET RESIGNS
CHIANG KAI-SHEK IN CONTROL.
TALK OF FASCIST REGIME.

Shanghai, Aug. 9.
The Chinese newspapers report that the whole of the Nanking Cabinet has resigned, with the result that Chiang Kai-shek is left in complete control of the Government. There is some talk of China becoming Fascist, though it is expected that within a week arrangements will be found whereby the Government will continue.
