DISAGREEMENT BY JURY
WELLINGTON COLLISION CLAIM. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. In the case in which William Vavian Wilson is claiming £779 damages from Henry Norman Hansen as the result of a collision between a motor-car and a bicycle at Petone the jury disagreed. Mr. Justice Ostler ordered a new trial.
