1 WHEAT CROP IN SOVIET RUSSIA. PAPERS EXPRESS FEAR OF LOSS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 7 p.m. ' Moscow, July 31. Only 32,000,000 acres of wheat, or 15 per cent, of the whole area sown, have been harvested, compared with 43,000,000 acres on the same date in 1931. The Soviet papers are exhorting the people, especially in Ukraine, to hurry the harvest to prevent losses.
