COASTAL MOVEMENTS.

The Holmgleji is due at New Plymouth to-morrow from Dunedin, Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington. She will sail after discharge for Wanganui and Wellington. (Hooker Bros.). The John was to load at Dunedin on Saturday for New Plymouth, via TimarUj Lyttelton and Wellington and is due at New Plymouth about Friday. She

will sail for Port Waikato after discharge. (Hooker Bros.). The Hauturu is to load at Onehunga. to-morrow for New Plymouth and Wanganui and is due at New Plymouth on Wednesday. (Northern Co,). The Opihi is scheduled to load at, Dunedin to-day for New Plymouth, via Oaniaru, Tiniaru, Lyttelton, Wellington and Nelson. She is due at New Plymouth on Saturday and will sail for Westport and Dunedin after discharge. (U.S.S. Co.). . ' MOVEMENTS OF OVERSEAS SHIPS, WESTMORELAND’S MOVEMENTS. The Westmoreland is to leave Gisborne to-day for Napier and Wellington to complete her Homeward loading. She is due at Wellington on Thursday and is scheduled to clear there on Saturday for London, Avonmouth, Liverpool and Glasgow, via Capo Horn, Montevideo and Dakar,. MAHIA LOADING AT WELLINGTON. To’ complete her Homeward loading, the Shaw, Savill steamer Mahia arrived at Wellington on Saturday morning from New Plymouth. She is scheduled to clear Wellington at daybreak next Wednesday for Southampton and London, via Cape Horn. PORT HOBART LEAVES SAVANNAH. The C. and D. Line has received cabled advice that its motor-ship Port Hobart, en .route from New York to Auckland, Wellington and Australian ports, cleared Savannah last Wednesday. She is due at Auckland on August 22, and at Wellington on August 24. RANGITATA DUE FROM ENGLAND. The New Zealand Shipping Company has received a wireless message from ■ its motor-liner Rangitata, en route from I .dun to Wellington and Auckland, reporting that she expects to arrive at Wellington next .Thursday afternoon. GOLDEN COAST AT WELLINGTON. To continue discharge of her Pacific Coast cargo the O. and O. Line steamer Golden Coast arrived at Wellington on Saturday morning from Auckland. CITY OF CANTON DISCHARGING. The A. and A. Line steamer City of Canton arrived at Wellington on Saturday morning from Auckland to discharge the local portion of her catgo from New York and Gulf of Mexico ports. MONOWAI’S RECORD PASSAGE. The Union Company’s liner Monowai, from Sftn Francisco and, Wellington, reached. Sydney at 2.34 p.m. oii Friday, after a fast Tasman crossing.
