Have you heard the tale of the corn? It’s a “cereal.” Have you heard the tale 'of the bat-
tery? It will electrify you. Have you heard the tale of the lad-
der? You won’t “understand” it. Have you heard the tale of the guinea pig? . ' Th© guinea-pig has no tail. Have you heard the tale of the sky-
scraper? It’s too tall. Have you heard the tale of the lyre? You’ll never believe it. Have you heard the tale of the tele-
phone? It rings true. Have you heard the talc of the onion ? It will make you weep. Have you heard the tale, of the black
man ? Keep it dark! Hava you heard the talc, of the Cobbler ? It’s the last.
