AUCKLAND HARBOUR BOARD POLL.
BEPRESENTATIVE FOR WAIKATO.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Hamilton, Last Night. Holding that irregularities were ot such a frequent nature that they materially affected the election the magistrate, Mr. Wyvern Wilson, to-day declared: .void the election of the Waikato representative for the Auckland Harbour Board. When the election was held Mr. A. Livingstone was returned with a'majority of two votes over Mr. A. S. Sutherland. A petition on the grounds ot irregularities in the voting at one booth was lodged on behalf of Mr. Sutherland’s ' supporters. At the initial hearing other irregularities were- disclosed and a. scrutiny of all votes cast was ordered by the magistrate. To-day it was shown that a number of irregularities'oceured at every booth. ’ L ’
