Rec. 8.30 p.m. Melbourne, June 17. The ’death has occurred of Sir John Quick, a former member of the Victorian Parliament and one of the framers of the Federal constitution. Later Sir John was Postmaster-General in the Commonwealth Parliament and more recently deputy-president of the Commonwealth Arbitration Court. He was 79 years of age.
