SWAN SHOOTERS MISSING
BOTH BELIEVED TO BE DROWNED
SEARCH IN WAIRARAPA LAKE.
By Telegraph.—Press Association.
Masterton, Last Night.
There is still no sign of the two men reported missing yesterday on Oroke Lake and there is little doubt that both were drowned. They are Benjamin Campbell, aged 41, married, of D. Campbell and Son, Wellington, and Thomas Anderson, aged 20, employed by Arthur Warren, Pirinoa.
The boat they used was found on a spit near the lake ferry. The two men set out in the early morning on Thursday swan shooting. A search for the bodies is .proceeding, but operations today were hampered by choppy water.
