OVERSEAS SHIPS’ MOVEMENTS.

PORT FREMANTLE DUE TO-DAY.

The Port Fremantle, although delayed at Lyttelton, was expected to leave there in time to arrive at New Plymouth late to-day. She has cargo to discharge and is to load 5600 boxes of butter, 5500 crates of cheese and 13,000 freight carcases of meat.

KARAMEA’S ITINERARY.

After unloading portion of her English cargo, the Shaw, Savill and Albion motor-ship Karamea was due to sail from Wellington yesterday for Port Chalmers and Bluff to complete discharge, then commencing loading, tier loading ports after Bluff will be 11inaru, Lyttelton, New Plymouth, Wanganui and Wellington. The vessel will be dispatched from Wellington for London on July 14.

TAINUI AT NAPIER.

To continue loading for English ports, the Siiaw, Savill and Albion steamer Tainui, which left Auckland on Wednesday afternoon, loaded at Napier jesterday. After completing at New Plymouth, Lyttelton and Wellington, the Tainui will be dispatched with passengers and mail from Wellington for Southampton and London, via Panama, on July 1.

THE WESTMORELAND.

The Federal Line steamer Westmoreland, which left Liverpool on May 14, is now expected to reach Auckland on Thursday. After discharging the Auckland portion of her cargo the Westmoreland will proceed to Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and New Plymouth to complete unloading.

MAHANA FROM WELLINGTON.

After loading in the south the Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Mahana left Wellington on Thursday for Auckland. The vessel is due at Auckland to-day to complete her homeward cargo, and will be finally dispatched for London, via Montevideo and Teneriffe, on Wednesday.

THE ASHBURTON.

The A. and A. Line chartered motorship Ashburton is due at Wellington this morning from Auckland to discharge Gulf of Mexico cargo and the local portion of her New York cargo, and is to leave there again next Tuesday for Lyttelton, Dunedin, New Plymouth and Australia to complete discharge.

HAURAKI DUE IN NOVEMBER.

The Hauraki is now to load at Vancouver early in October, and will go thence to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin, also possibly New Plymouth.

PACIFIC COAST SAILINGS.

In view of probable large importations of onions from Canada this season, for the convenience of onion importers the Union Company has arranged for the Waikawa and Hauraki to make Vancouver the last port of call in British Columbia. Usually these vessels commence loading at Vancouver, proceeding thence to Powell River, Ocean Falls and other British Columbia ports as required, completing their loading at San Francisco and Los Angeles.
