SOLICITOR ADMITS THEFT
trust fund not accounted for
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Waipukurau, June 16. Douglas Barrington Kent,. a solicitor, appeared before Justices this morning, pleading guilty to nine charges of fraudulently omitting to account for trust moneys totalling £834 and there, by committing theft. He W3S committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
