Wellington, Last Night. The weather will be cloudy, unsettled and squally, with general rain and many heavy falls, especially from Marloorourrh and Nelson northwards. There will foe°some flooding. Snow is probable on the high country. An intense cyclone was moving on to the Dominion' to-day in front of a squally, intense depression of a westerly type. Strong north-easterly to northerly winds to gales are probable, backing to west and in places temporarily to the south. Seas will become rough to heavy. SHIPPING MOVEMENTS.
