FINANCE BILL ATTACKED
INTEREST REDUCTION URGED.
HOUSE PASSES THIRD READING.

Mr. Morgan Jones, moving the rejection of the Finance Bill in the House of Commons, declared it was irrelevant. The international situation of the nation could not continue another generation with such an exhausting burden of interest on the national clebt. It was time the Government courageously faced the situation and called wr; loan holders, like other members of the community, to face a reduction of interest. The Bill was read a third time by 409 votes to 34.
