IRREGULARITIES ALLEGED.

Ari application was made to Mr. Justice Ostler by the Law Society to-day for a rule nisi against Claud Houghton Mills under the Law Practitioners’ Act. His Honour made an order removing the motion into the Court of Appeal and suspended Mills from practice pending disposal of the motion. The grounds for the application are alleged irregularities under the Law Practitioners’ Act.
