The Salvation Army leader, General Higgins, and Mrs. Higgins received » memorable welcome on their arrival by the Aorangi to-day at Sydney. Uplifted banners and the voices of a vast concourse of Salvationists greeted the distinguished general. There was thunderapplause and bsnd music. General Higgins will attend a round of receptions.
