CANADIAN WHEAT POOLING
NO LOSSES BY GOVERNMENT. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 5.5 p.m. Ottawa, April 16. The Canadian Government has incurred no financial losses from the guarantees to the wheat pools, the Minister of Trade and Commerce, Mr. H. S. Stevens, announced in the House of Commons. This applied to the guarantees to the central selling agency and to three western pools for the crop year 1930-31, and the guarantee to three provincial pools* from working capital for the crop year 1931-32.
