BANDITRY IN MANCHURIA

It will take two to three years io clear North Manchuria of bandits and the task will require 100,000 troops. This is the opinion expressed by General Tamon, commander of the Japanese 2nd Division, in a Press interview. General. Tamon accused the Soviet authorities of hampering the Japanese attempts to restore order.
