LOCAL BODY ELECTIONS. TARANAKI ELECTRIC POWER BOARD. ELECTION OF THREE REPRESENTATIVES ON THE TARANAKI ELECTRIC POWER BOARD FOR THE CONSTITUENT DISTRICT OF THE STRATFORD COUNTY. PURSUANT to Section 7 of the "Local Elections and Polls Act, 1925, and Section 13 of the Electric Power Boards Act, 1925,” and all Amendments and Regulations issued thereunder, I hereby give no tice that an election will be held on WEDNESDAY, the 11th day of May, 1932, for the purpose of electing three members for the Constituent District of the County of Stratford on the Taranaki Electric Power Board; and I hereby appoint the County Office, Stratford, as the place, and Wednesday, the 27th day of April, 1932, up to noon, as the day for the Nomination of Candidates for such Office. Each candidate is required at the time of nomination to deposit the sum of three pounds with the Returning Officer, to be returned unless he polls less than one-eighth of the number of votes received by the successful Candidate receiving least votes. New Plymouth Harbour Board; and I hereby appoint the County Office, Stratford, as the place, and Wednesday, the 27th day of April, 1932, up to Noon, as the day for the Nomination of Candidates for such Office.
