Rec. 8.30 p.m. Ottawa, April 12. Mr. Robert Gardiner, the United Farmer leader, in the House of Commons moved a sub-amendment to the Government Budget advocating the nationalisation of the Canadian financial system. He advocated the conscription of personal incomes in excess of 20,000 or 25,000 dollars.
