Owing to the importance of the issues involved in the New South Wale# Legislative Council appeal ease before the Privy Council, Sir Thomas Inskip, Attorney-General, will represent the British Government, with a junior, at the hearing. Sir Thomas will not intervene or actively participate, but will attend to give the five law lords on the Bench, any advice required.
